Named after the 'Iron Goddess' of mercy Tieguanyin, Ti Kuan Yin Oolong Tea is a lightly floral and nutty oolong hailing from Taiwan. Semi-oxidised, this tea has light tasting notes unlike any other oolong tea.

Ti Kuan Yin Oolong Tea is best enjoyed on a breezy afternoon in your back garden. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk may overpower the subtle flavour notes in this tea, due to it's lighter body.

How to brew

Steep for 3 minutes in 90C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
