Which oolong should I buy?

  • Dung Ti Oolong (Taiwan): lightly oxidised, with a jade cup and a floral aroma close to jasmine.
  • Ti Kuan Yin (China): the famous 'Iron Goddess of Mercy' from Fujian. Lightly floral and nutty.
  • Vietnamese High Mountain: gently vegetal with a nutty finish.
  • Fancy Oolong (Taiwan): Formosa-style, amber in the cup, with aromatic, herbaceous notes.
  • Milky Oolong: smooth and creamy, and a lovely base for homemade bubble tea. Contains dairy.
  • Mellow Cream Oolong: oolong with mallow blossoms and hazelnut brittle. Contains nuts.

Made to re-steep

Good oolong leaves give two or three more full-flavoured cups, each a little different from the last. Steep at around 90°C, then add a minute with each new infusion to discover how the flavour unfolds.

Most of our oolongs come in 50g, 100g, 250g and 500g paper pouches, ideal for refilling your signature tin. An oolong paired with a Japanese teapot makes a thoughtful gift for the tea lover who has everything.
