How do I Join The Tea Treasury?

To join The Tea Treasury, simply create an account on our website & follow the prompts via email.

Once registered, you will automatically be enrolled in our loyalty program & be able to enjoy our member-exclusive benefits.

What if I’m already a Leaf Lover Loyalty member?

If you’re an existing member with our previous ‘Leaf Lover’ loyalty program, you don’t need to do anything - we’ve taken care of everything for you.

Simply log in to your account like you normally would to enjoy your member benefits.

Are you still offering the 10% discount off 250g or more of tea in-store for members?

Yes - this offer has not changed.

All members of The Tea Treasury receive a 10% discount off any tea purchased in a quantity of 250g or more in-store.

Please note that this is an in store offer only and does not apply to purchases made online.

Is Tin Top up Tuesday still happening in-store for members?

Yes - this offer has not changed.

Ever Tuesday, members of The Tea Treasury can receive a 20% discount when they bring in their tea tin to be refilled, as an initiative to help prevent additional packaging waste. A Minimum refill amount of 50g applies.

Please note that this is an in store offer only and does not apply to purchases made online.

Can you explain the free monthly sample to me?

Each month, we release a new tea sample, available for redemption for members of The Tea Treasury.

In-Store shoppers can visit to redeem their sample when they shop, no purchase required.

Online customers must place an order to recieve their free sample - we are unable to post out samples on their own without an order.

Customers are entitled to one sample per month.

How do I move up a tier?

You will automatically be moved up a tier according to how much you spend.

How do I see my tier level?

You can see your tier level at any time by logging into your account and opening the  loyalty widget found towards the bottom of your screen.

Do My Previous Orders Count towards my tier level?

Yes, if you have purchased from January 1st 2025, your orders will count towards your annual spend.

Orders made prior to this date have not been used to calculate your tier level.

My Previous in-store orders don't show up on my online account, why?

If you shop in-store and online, you will only be able to view your past online orders when you navigate to your past orders.

Rest assured that in-store purchases still contribute to your annual spend and your tier level, but these won't show up in the same way online.

To view your previous online orders, you can access this by clicking the person icon next to your shopping bag icon from the home screen on the website.

Does my tier level expire in The Tea Treasury?

Yes, points expire after 12 months, as your loyalty tier is based on yearly spend with The Tea Centre. 

If you do not meet the minimum spend within the year, you will move down to the tier level below.

Does my membership work in-store and online?

Yes, as long as you are using the same email address. When shopping online, ensure you are logged in to your account. 


When shopping in-store, let our friendly tea-m know that you’re a member at checkout, and your order will be processed under your account.

Do I have to use my email address? Can I use my mobile number instead?

When creating your account in-store, you will have the option to sign up with your name and email address or mobile number.

When creating an account online, you must use your email address. We always recommend adding an email address when signing up or else you cannot receive loyalty notifications or log into your customer loyalty account.

Once your account is created, you can add a mobile number as well as an email address.

If I have multiple loyalty accounts under different email addresses, can these be merged?

Whilst we can merge multiple email addresses into one account, we are unable to merge your annual spend from multiple Loyalty accounts at this stage.

Please ensure that you are using the same account to place all of your future orders.

If I have made purchases under different accounts, can my annual spend be combined?

No. We are uunfortunately unable to merge your annual spend from multiple Loyalty accounts at this stage.

We are able to merge multiple email addresses into one account, but any spend made on those accounts is non-transferrable and unable to be backdated. We apologise for any inconveninece.

Please ensure that you are using the same account to place all of your future orders.

I don’t want to be part of The Tea Treasury anymore. How do I delete my account?

Please email our tea-m at info@theteacentre.com.au to request to delete your loyalty account.

What are the terms and conditions?

The Tea Centre reserves the right to change members of The Tea Treasury's earn options, loyalty rewards, reward T&Cs, and cancel coupons at any time.
