Which iced tea should I buy?

Hot brew or cold brew?

For iced tea in a hurry, brew your tea hot, then pour it over plenty of ice. For a smoother, gentler cup, cold brew: add the leaves to cold water and leave the jug in the fridge for at least five hours, or overnight. Finish with fresh fruit, herbs and plenty of ice.
