How to brew

Steep for 3-5 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.

A lovely brew for any time of the day

"This is a lovely clean classic flavoured tea with a lovely malty back note. Being a “broken” tea…It looks like tiny little balls, this tea will brew up a lot quicker than a full leaf tea. You may only need 1 to 1 1/2 minutes of brew time & although I have not experimented yet, I have a good feeling that you will get at least 2 very good brews out of your tea leaves. This tea has a very similar flavour profile as the Assam Dimakusi tea sold here, but it is lighter and does not have the slightly astringent back note. Do not get me wrong though, the assam is also an awesome tea. If you like one, you will like the other…it comes down to mood I guess…. are you in the mood for “handbags at ten paces” or a relaxing garden party?& that goes for the gents out there too…It’s an equal opportunities world out there. Lol! In short; this is a bloody nice tea."
