Sticky Chai combines Australian honey, black tea, and Ayurvedic spices including peppy peppercorns, warming cloves, and the tiniest sprinkle of salt. The resulting brew is a smooth, golden sip with a pleasantly biting aftertaste.

Sticky Chai is best enjoyed by the fire on a cold night. Enjoy this tea as is, or brew up a pot of stovetop chai, with the creaminess of milk - this tea is already sweetened by honey.

How to brew

You will need:

  • A Tea Centre chai (3–4 tsp)
  • Water (1 mug)
  • Milk (1 mug)
  • Honey (or preferred sweetener)
  • Medium saucepan
  • Strainer

Method:

  1. Pour water into a saucepan & scoop in 3–4 teaspoons of chai
  2. Bring mixture to a simmer on medium heat
  3. Add the mug of milk and bring to simmer again
  4. Simmer for at least 5 minutes before turning off the heat
  5. Stir in a dollop of honey
  6. Pour mixture through strainer into mugs. Enjoy!
