When you combine honey with spice, the result is a chai that truly sings! Sticky Chai combines Australian honey, black tea, and Ayurvedic spices including peppy peppercorns, warming cloves, and the tiniest sprinkle of salt. The resulting brew is a smooth, golden sip with a pleasantly biting aftertaste.
Sticky Chai is best enjoyed by the fire on a cold night. Enjoy this tea as is, or brew up a pot of stovetop chai, with the creaminess of milk - this tea is already sweetened by honey.

How to brew
How to brew
You will need:
- A Tea Centre chai (3–4 tsp)
- Water (1 mug)
- Milk (1 mug)
- Honey (or preferred sweetener)
- Medium saucepan
- Strainer
Method:
- Pour water into a saucepan & scoop in 3–4 teaspoons of chai
- Bring mixture to a simmer on medium heat
- Add the mug of milk and bring to simmer again
- Simmer for at least 5 minutes before turning off the heat
- Stir in a dollop of honey
- Pour mixture through strainer into mugs. Enjoy!
