Tea in it's most pure and traditional form, Silver Needles Tea is a delicate Chinese white tea, hailing from the Fujian province. Also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, this tea consists of tender spring buds that brew up an almost crystal clear infusion, with a light and nuanced sweetness.

Silver Needles Tea is best enjoyed in a traditional teahouse nestled within a tranquil bamboo forest. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk may overpower the subtle and refined flavour notes in this delicate tea.

How to brew

Steep for 3-5 minutes in 70C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
