From the base of the famous Mt. Fuji comes Shimizu Sencha Tea, a high-grade organic green tea, harvested in orthodox process with a smooth, toasty flavour. This tea's bright green hue is accompanied by a refreshingly brisk aroma, stemming from it's unique steaming and oxidation process.

Shimizu Sencha Tea is best enjoyed whilst admiring the view of Mt Fuji. This tea is perfect as is - the delicate flavours in this brew may be marred by the addition of milk and sweeteners.

How to brew

Steep for 2 minutes in 80C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
