Rooibos Chai is best enjoyed as a late afternoon cuppa to warm up during winter months. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk or honey may mar the subtle flavours in the rooibos base.

How to brew

Steep for 3-5 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
