A stronger variant of the famous Chinese green tea from the Zhejiang province, Lung Ching Grade 3 is a full-bodied and astringent green tea, pan-roasted for a toasty flavour. This tea brews up a golden green hue when infused.

Lung Ching Grade 3 Tea is best enjoyed whilst sitting in a steam-filled hot spring. This tea is perfect as is - the delicate flavours in this brew may be marred by the addition of milk and sweeteners.

How to brew

Steep for 2 minutes in 80C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
