A zesty and uniquely Australian herb native to Queensland and Northern New South Wales, Lemon Myrtle Tea is a tangy pick me up brew. With a lemon-forward flavour with hints of eucalyptus and camphor, this native brew has been cultivated for centuries by Aboriginal Australians for it's believed antimicrobial and antifungal purposes.

Lemon Myrtle Tea is best enjoyed alongside a crumbly shortbread biscuit for morning tea. Enjoy this brew hot, or brew up a refreshing herbal iced tea with lemon slices and ice cubes in the summer.

How to brew

Steep for 4-7 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
