Taiwan's best-known oolong, Dung Ti Oolong Tea is a herbaceous brew with a floral aroma, reminiscent of jasmine. Produced on Dong Ding Mountain, this mild and soft oolong is sparsely oxidised, resulting in it's jade colour.

Dung Ti Oolong Tea is best enjoyed while taking in the views of a tranquil, misty forest. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk may overpower the subtle flavour notes in this tea.

How to brew

Steep for 3 minutes in 90C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
