Contrary to its arid name, the desert lime blend is all things quenching and light. This is a tea that broadens your horizons and the palate at once, possessing an explosion of citrus aromatics from lemon-scented gum leaves and crushed lemon myrtle. We then bring in a Great Australian Bight of flavour with piquant desert lime from the south. All rounded out on a bed of crisp Alpine Sencha green tea.

Desert Lime & Lemon Myrtle Tea is best enjoyed under the shade of a Coolibah tree. Enjoy this tea as is, or brew up a batch of iced tea with fresh lemon slices and ice cubes for the warm summer months.

How to brew

Steep for 2 minutes in 80C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
