More about this product

The ideal sip for black tea drinkers who like a touch of sweetness, Rani Assam Tea is a strong Assam tea that combines traditional malty flavours with slightly sweet tasting notes and hints of delicate chocolate aroma. This vibrant Assam boasts a Broken Orange Pekoe (BOP) grading, denoting it's rich flavour upon brewing.

Rani Assam Tea is best enjoyed alongside the likes of buttery shortbread and scones at morning tea. This tea is perfect as is - whilst this is a full-bodied tea, we believe it tastes best without milk or sugar.

Love this tea? We think you'll love our other Assam teas, including our Hajua Assam Tea and Assam Dimakusi Tea. Be sure to explore our full range of Assam Teas while you're here!

I adore this tea

"This Assam Rani bop tea I have been buying for years now. I buy 1kg batches at a time. It is a full-bodied strong loose leaf black tea that is organic. I figure if I’m going to drink several cups a day, tea MUST be organic. Other places that sell tea do not even begin to compare in flavour or quality."

Joanne C. (5/5)

Rich and smooth

"A deliciously smooth and full-bodied tea that is so refreshing! I love it with honey and a splash of almond milk :) A fantastic Assam tea for any time of day! Nice and uplifting :)"
