Often known as black dragon tea or Wulong, Fancy Oolong Tea is a Formosan style oolong from Taiwan with aromatic leaves & herbaceous tasting notes. This tea is semi-oxidised, brewing up a light amber brew, more similar to a black tea than green.

Fancy Oolong Tea is best enjoyed as your mid morning pick me up. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk may overpower the subtle flavour notes in this tea.

How to brew

Steep for 3 minutes in 90C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
