A warming brew filled with a lightly spiced flavour, Turmeric Tonica is a herbal blend inspired by Ayurveda teachings. The ingredients within this blend have been used historically for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, including turmeric root, ginger, anise, rose hip, orange peel, and apple.
Turmeric Tonica Tea is best enjoyed as a relaxing post Pilates pick me up. This tea is perfect on its own, or can be sweetened with your choice of sweetener.

Steep for 4-7 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
