From one of the finest tea gardens in India comes organic Makaibari Darjeeling, a beautiful second-flush black tea with delicate floral tasting notes and a rich golden colour. This single estate tea boasts a Fine Tippy Golden Floral Orange Pekoe (FTGFOP) classification, a premium grading that you can taste!
Makaibari Darjeeling Tea is best enjoyed whilst sitting in a warm, sunny courtyard. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk may overpower the subtle flavour notes in this tea, due to it's lighter body.

"No flowery flavour or muscatel at all, tasted like hot water - perhaps it was old?"

"This was my first time trying this and I really liked this one. I have tried the 1st and 2nd flush Darjeeling previously and enjoyed those too, but I have to say, the makaibari has a more rounded flavour. Would definitely get again."
