"This tea has a broad strong flavour, very satifying. It is a litte expensive but you actually use less tea per pot. I think it needs milk and I don't brew it too long,"

"I’d like the Tea Centre to add the year of harvest so we know how fresh the tea is and when it was picked."

"This was my first time trying a premium assam (have been drinking earl greys, English breakfasts, and Ceylon), and was pleasantly surprised by the results. This tea can yield up to 2 infusions. I brew with 180ml of water (95 deg C) and 1. 5 grams of tea per serving. First infusion is done in 4-5 mins, second infusion 8-9 mins. The resulting brew is fragrant, with minimal astringency and hints of honey. Highly recommended."
