Steep for 3-5 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.

"Bought this tea twice and can't really taste the bergamot. We did however enjoy the quality of the first batch, but the quality of this batch is notably poorer. Tea leaves are not those small curved leaves but more like the tea leaves you see in poorer brands and most notably, the strength of the tea is weaker. Having to add more tea leaves for same strength. Tea Centre, we love our tea, please keep up the quality."

"This tea was nothing like any Earl Grey I have ever had. No taste of Bergamot at all. I think therefore it is not Earl Grey. I wont purchase again."

Great service

"French earl grey is my favourite. I accidentally ordered earl grey by mistake, I emailed straight away to change my order before it was shipped. The Tea Center emailed back saying they had changed my order and didn’t charge me the difference. We now call this old fashioned service but really this is how service should be, it’s 5 stars from me."
