Sundry native Australian berries and leaves come together to form this perfect iced tea sip for a sundrenched day. This herbal tea brews up childhood memories of ox-blood iron roofs, chittering rosellas, and tasty stonefruit plucked fresh from the backyard. Expect woodsy top notes and intense fragrance from Tablelands strawberry gum and tart flavour from Queensland wild hibiscus (rosella).

There’s also thirst-quenching plummy sweetness and wholesomeness from gulbarn: the Alawa word for the ancient melaleuca citrolens myrtle. We source our gulbarn from the Alawa people of the Northern Territory, who harvest this particular myrtle for its healing properties.

Davidson's Plum & Rosella Tea is best enjoyed in the hush of noon whilst taking in a view. Enjoy this tea as is, or brew up a batch of iced tea with fresh plum slices and ice cubes for the warm summer months.

How to brew

Steep for 4-7 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
