With a mild apple-like flavour, Chamomile Tea has been considered the ideal sleep aid since the time of the ancient Egyptians, and is a lovely addition to your evening self-care routine!

Chamomile Tea is best enjoyed whilst wearing fluffy slippers and a face mask. This tea is perfect on its own, or can be sweetened with honey for the perfect brew to aid sore throats.

How to brew

Steep for 4-7 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
