Steep for 4-7 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.

"Last time I bought this tea I thought that it was amazing. I called it my sleepy tea because as soon as I opened the packet and smelt it I would start yarning and when I drank it before bed I would have a better sleep than normal. So this time I purchased a much larger quantity but have definitely NOT had the same result. I do not understand why. Have my smell and taste responses changed or is something missing from the mixture. I cannot figure it out."
