A rich, highland Darjeeling tea, Second Flush Darjeeling Tea exhibits deeper muscatel flavours and a murmur of faint woody undertones than the delicate First Flush Darjeeling, making for a refined cup. This ‘champagne of teas’ summer varietal (July to August) is also enjoyed for its fine strength, and smooth, strong finish.

Second Flush Darjeeling Tea is best enjoyed in your grandparent's kitchen, with a freshly baked scone. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk may overpower the subtle flavour notes in this tea, due to it's lighter body.
