A single origin loose leaf heralding from the Goomtee tea estate in India, Goomtee Darjeeling Tea is a delicate brew with dewy notes of delicate black tea flavour, and a light amber appearance and floral aroma. This Darjeeling is harvested by hand during the spring harvest (‘first flush’) that occurs from late February to mid-April.

Goomtee Darjeeling Tea is best enjoyed alongside your high-tea celebration, with pastries and finger sandwiches. This tea is perfect as is - the addition of milk may overpower the subtle flavour notes in this tea, due to it's lighter body.

How to brew

Steep for 3-5 minutes in 95C water. We recommend using 1 teaspoon per 200ml.
