The flavours of this finer leafed 4 year old shou (ripened) Pu-erh mix with the lemon to create less of a zesty lemon flavour and more of an earthy lemongrass flavour. Same leaves can be rebrewed several times.
Our Pu-erh is quality tested to comply with strict European standards for any chemical or pesticide residues. Uniquely, the teas are then air freighted to Australia to maintain the finest quality and freshness for your enjoyment.
- 1 teaspoon per 200mls
- water at 95 degrees celcius (a little before boiling point)
- rinse the leaves with hot water first, to soften the leaves, then steep for 2 minutes. Increase steeping time by 1 minute for each subsequent infusion. Same leaves can be reused for 3 – 4 infusions.

Perfect on its own or you could add milk or sweeteners.
