- 1 teaspoon per 200mls
- water at 100 degrees celcius (boiling water)
- brew for 6-7 minutes

Echinacea – echinacea purpurea, Spearmint – mentha spicata, Ginger – Zingiber officinale, Lemongrass – cymbopogon citratus, Siberian Ginseng – eleutherococus senticosus, Bo He – Chinese mint.
