Organic Chun Mee is a type of Chinese tea that is probably exported more than drunk at home. The tea leaves are rolled into their characteristic shape, reminiscent of an eyebrow, which is what the Chinese name also refers to. A soft and neutral tea; its taste is generally more acidic and less sweet than those of other green teas. Good as a thirst-quencher.

- water at 80 degrees celcius
- brew for 2 – 3 minutes
